I’ve been here before but this time was horrible! I asked for a thin white tip and when I told the tech that the nails don’t really resemble the picture she started yelling in another language to the other ladies there and filing my fingers so hard that I started bleeding on 3 separate fingers. I didn’t feel comfortable to voice anymore concerns after that because she hurt me for voicing my opinion. My nails were done 3 days ago. She didn’t even file the mail underneath let alone cut them. They look so gross and it’s been 3 days.

Critical: Quality, ValueI read the review that another person made 2 weeks ago about that fact that they didn’t listen to the color she asked for I thought I’d give them a chance anyways but I won’t be going back here I called before I went up there to see the price I needed a gel fill they told me $37 I went she did not give me either of the colors I asked for after repeating myself more than once.i wanted a more blue color an I picked out a chunky glitter she gave me a mint color an a more fine glitter. She did not do a good job reshaping some are basically just square one of the pinky fingers she did a more petite job on compared to the other one. I already had coffin shape on my nails before I even went in there. Which they ended up charging me $42 not $37 I will be getting them redone at my normal nail place. I’ve been going to 5 Star Nails since they opened. I never know when I get my acrylic nails done what I’ll be charged lately. Last Friday I had a scheduled appointment for a specific time. I was called the day before to confirm and I repeated the day and time back. I was getting ready 1 hour before my scheduled appointment and I received a call from the owner asking where I was. I told him my appointment wasn’t for another hour. He said no it was @ 2:30 not 3.30. Now keep in mind I was only going to be late 5 minutes from their so called appointment time. I asked if I could go now which I’m only 5 minutes away and he said no he had a client. Today I called to reschedule an appointment and he said he was too busy to reschedule me to call back in 30 minutes to speak with the receptionist. I called back in 30 minutes and rescheduled for another day and time. He told her to tell me the next time I cancel the same day I won’t get another appointment. Keep in mind I called 8 hours before my appointment in a place where they take walk ins so I’m sure he could schedule someone in 8 hours to fill that appointment. I would never in a million years treat a long time or any customer as I was treated. Oh by the way the reason I had to cancel is because I had to have an MRI which I didn’t receive a call until that morning of my appointment.
