100% not worth the price! $310 for a sew in is ridiculous. I texted them the day before my appointment to get my total but no one told me the price only included 2 bundles (never did they ask me how much hair I was using or I NEVER would have set the appointment. You can’t do anything with 2 bundles). They charge an extra $60 per bundle when actual salons only charge $20. I also have to keep pulling my closure down because it’s not tight and keeps riding up. The lady who did my hair is nice and is good company but for this amount of money, I expect my hair to be LAID not just okay.

She did my hair nice and neat…but she did it how she wanted not how I asked. I know how to do my own crochet braids I paid because I wanted it a certain way not too thick and up in the back. She did the braiding pattern she wanted and she put in way too much hair so I had to go back and cut some pieces out, wasted hair and time. I wouldn’t use them again. I am probably do it over how I wanted.

Mrs. Jai and Tammy was excellent and exceptional and went above and beyond my expectations I purchased my own dreads off etsy and Mrs. Jai crochet them into my hair, she is a wonderful person and just really enjoyed the company while getting my hair done definitely 5 Stars she was on time and very professional and so was the lady that scheduled my appt Tammy and kept me informed throughout the days leading up to my appt very excellent customer service and I live in Winchester so its a haul to drive and I’m very appreciate of Mrs Jai and the company 🙂 I definitely will be a return customer and try different hair extensions, thank you so much
