I am sorely disappointed. I got rang up at 12:05. I paid for 90 minutes, $90. I went into the room at 12:06. Someone started on me at 12:10. They stopped at 1:20, only 70 minutes. Then they want a 20 dollar tip!!! The absolute nerve of these people. I won’t be back.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe last time I came here it was pretty good. I went today to treat myself for mother’s Day and it was not a good experience. The woman who massage me smelled like onions and I left smelling like onions. She didn’t speak English so when I asked her to do it firmer she didn’t understand me and she didn’t comply. I would have tipped when I paid with my card but there was no space to do so. After the massage I didn’t feel like tipping. But as I was leaving another woman said I had to tip. I’ve never heard of a place that forces you to tip. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I can get a better massage for the same price from a place that won’t expect me to tip. The last time I came here it was pretty good. I went today to treat myself for mother’s Day and it was not a good experience. The woman who massage me smelled like onions and I left smelling like onions. She didn’t speak English so when I asked her to do it firmer she didn’t understand me and she didn’t comply. My Husband told me I needed a break some me time.. I went for a walk up Mt helix ran down felt so good. I wanted to relax and a massage just sounded right. But I’m on a budget. I found this place right down the street from me. Got me in immediately Last minute. So welcoming when I came in. Sam did an AMAZING job. Like he really put in an effort and for that I so grateful. I will be coming back… Oh and they have a punch card! I love a deal

I’m here to take advantage of the value combo massage at least once a week.I rarely have the same massage therapist.They are capable and provide consistency. I like Annie though she knows my pain and knots that I needed. One thing that I like was hot stones and salt.and this was wonderful and refreshing. I highly recommend this place. Wow! I’m so excited to find this place! I’ve gotten more than 100 massages and tried tons of places all over and this is my new favorite! It looks sketchy from the outside but once I was in I felt like I was in a spa in La Jolla. This place is huge and very nice! They set out the towels in cute formations. They are very communicative and although English may be limited, they go over and above what they even sell you. They are pretty new so they’re trying very hard to impress everyone so we tell our friends so they seem to be throwing in extra time on the massages! I got an extra 10 minutes and so did my friends! One time they gave an extra 20! I told them my knee was hurt so 2 different ladies massaged me and spent tons of extra time on my knee with special essential oil that smelled healing like frankincense, and said lots of nice things to do to treat it. All of the services are crazy cheap prices too! I was really surprised! And some come with free hot stone massage which feels phenomenal, as well as a free foot exfoliation treatment! I was so happy during the massage I was debating on immediately ordering another hour! But I suppose I can wait til tomorrow! Words can’t express how happy I am to have found this place! After tons of crappy massages elsewhere that actually left me with scratches, bruises, and knots worse than when I came in, after suffering through people just literally rubbing my skin hard for an hour with no skill, finally I have found a place I can come back to week after week and feel like home. #grateful!

this is a first time I am being there. they treat me excellence I have no complaints about language is not a big deal because you will explain what to any of them. relax they will do their job $40 $ one hour it’s awesome I will definitely go back next week they have a difference way 2 make your body work like a young. I was looking for that type of relax and nobody do it except them maybe I didn’t look around they have a different ways to make your body works lucky young I don’t know how to explain but it’s looks like donate blood but it’s different way only Middle Eastern back home they do it if you have a gout. it will go away with an hour trust me i done that before I am just explaining to everyone what they have I really like that place in recommended to everyone.
