Excellent salon for adults. Not good for children. There is no children’s chair. We went in for an appointment and waited for over 30 minutes. We had told them this was a 4 year old and her first visit. Anyone familiar with children would know they don’t have that much patience. After making an appointment they should have been prepared and sensitive to the client’s needs. We will be going elsewhere for “girl’s day” from now on.

I have been going there for a few years. I love how clean and bright the the facility is. I was concerned about leaving a negative review because I did not want it to reflect on the kind technicians. My pedicures have always been great. My nails have always looked great. I apparently have a problem relaxing my fingers. On my last visit Mary berated me about my inability to relax my fingers and how it makes it difficult for her and how the chemicals get on her skin and she is highly allergic. I’m really sorry that she is. The point is I did not intentionally tense my fingers to make it difficult for her. She went on for another minute. I found myself tense up even more and spent the rest of the time doing breathing exercises to relax. This is not acceptable treatment. I go there to treat myself and relax not to be scolded like a toddler. I did not make a scene but I have choices. I will not spend $85 (plus tip) for that experience there again. I appreciate the other technicians and their kindness. I simply will not go back because of Mary’s rudeness.

Horrible experience, first we signed in and said there would be a wait, no problem no way to check how much longer or the wait time. The color my daughter picked didn’t get used, they are very bumpy and have a lot of imperfections. I wouldn’t recommend going here for $50 you can go to a lot of better places.

Been coming here since I moved to five forks. Mary is the best in the business. And even when she is busy Vee, Mimi (1&2), jade, Andy have all provided great services. And I can’t forget Ken keeping the place spotless and helping me take off my dip. Best manicures and pedicures on this side of simpsonville!

Love QP at five fork nails, he is great with shaping (I usually do coffin or almond) and also quick, which I really appreciate because getting my nails done is not my favorite thing but I love the result.
