If I could I would give the place a 0 star. I called to speak with someone about changing an appointment and no one spoke English. I asked to change and appointment Annie who I guess is the owner or something was “busy” and no one knew what to do. I am foreign myself but I truly believe that if someone is answering a phone they should know how to give a response not talk without listening, or canceling things no one asked to cancel, or reading off there appointment list and asking which one I am. It is VERY frustrating. Then he had the nerve to laugh because I said I wanted to speak with someone who spoke English. Very Rude & Poor Customer Service.
