Social Profile:
When you come to 5 Elements Massage Therapy, located in Algonquin, we start by assessing areas of pain or discomfort so we can get you onto the road to recovery. Once we know where to focus our attention, we’ll use a combination of techniques to decompress joints, relieve tension (hyper-tonicity) and balance muscles in order to foster healing on all levels. Relaxation is an important aspect to your healing and is addressed during your session. We cannot get the results we are seeking unless your body allows the work to happen. When you are in a mental state where you feel safe and comfortable, your body will use stored up energy to aid repair. This is a valuable benefit to massage and we encourage your body to do this for its own benefit.

Eric is a pro. Perfect combination of stretching and massage. This different than deep tissue massage. The focus is more on range of motion maximization to enhance athletic performance. I have personally found that it has helped me in this regard.

Eric is a great masseuse! I have been going back again and again, he resolved a problem caused by bad Chiro One treatment that threw my sacroiliac out of whack. He is working out neck problems I caused by falling on my head. He offers various treatment styles. Check him out!

Had a massage here recently & really enjoyed it. I expressed my areas of concern, shoulders & right knee from a sports injury & Eric did a great job working on those areas. He suggested I come in on a monthly basis and I made sure to schedule my next appointment!
