First of all, I always receive a warm welcome at 5 Elements upon my arrival…they have chocolate and water or wine as a beverage selection, which I feel is the perfect way to start the unwinding process. Then, there’s the lovely Kandice…who always goes above and beyond to make my facial appointments relaxing and enjoyable, she can tell if I want to chat/talk or if I just need quiet time. Which is probably my #1 favorite thing….no one likes the esthetician or massage therapist that never lets you just relax in the peace and quiet, you don’t have to worry about that with Kandice, its like she just KNOWS…, the room and table are always warm and cozy or on hot days, cool and refreshing. I love the mini scalp, neck/shoulder massage that is given during the facial its literally the perfect ending to a rejuvenating and refreshing treatment. Plus, if you have a meeting or appointment after the facial and are worried about greasy hair…no need to fear… they have a shower on premises which makes it extremely convenient to wash up real quick and be on your merry way, that’s probably my 2nd favorite thing about 5 Elements! 🙂 You will NOT be disappointed! I switched to Kandice just a little over a year ago and I have been so happy ever since! 🙂

She was so flexible as I changed my mind about the look I wanted the day of the wedding even though we had a consult earlier.
