I hate leaving bad reviews but I just had to save another parent from what I just went through. Maybe this place is good for grownups, but I took my (almost) 4 yr old here for her very first cut (I did call before to make sure she could cut her hair, and let her know how nervous I was). My daughter is mixed with beautiful spiral curls. It took for ever to get length because it’s so tightly wound. I said I just need a little trip to even her out, don’t touch the length. She combed out her hair which toy never do with curls like that, and CHOPPED it, a huge chunk out the back, just chopped and said it wasn’t that much- it was more than 2 inches, that’s half the hair she has, she is a little girl with kinky hair!!!! My daughters hair is now above her ears and I can’t even get it up into a pony tail anymore. Her hair actually looks crazy! I am devastated, actually devastated is an understatement. My baby’s 4th birthday is coming up and her hair is just a complete mess. She had a beautiful curly puff on top of her head when I put it up, now I can’t get it up, and I can’t leave it down because it’s just a mess. I have no idea what to do, I am so upset!!!
