I booked the appointment about 2 hours before and was slightly late. I was greeted in a pleasant way when I got there. Alina who did my pedicure was wonderful. I’ve been looking for a salon like this for a long time. Sometimes as a woman of color, the response I receive when I enter an establishment is less then pleasant. This was not like that.

Below average experience. Might depend on the professional I guess. Mine was super fast rushed poor experience. Uneven cuts, rushed massage, 15 mins done with both mani and pedi. Some other guests sitting before me were still getting the massage done – mine was over even before that.

Dropped off three lovely teens to get their nails done and they were SO rude to them! Took advantage of their age, laughed in their face when they politely asked if they could get acrylics, screamed at them “no time!!” when my daughter asked to put a squiggle design on just one nail and then sat there and chatted with each other after they were done with the girls! Obviously they had time!!! They are also Waaaay too pricy compared to other local salons and did a terrible quick job on the girls nails! What upsets me is they probably thought the girls wouldn’t say anything as they are very quiet and respectful girls so they thought they could get away with it!!!

My first time here..was told there were no appointments available for the day i wanted at wonderplace and was told there was a sister location down the road so i went..terrible job..not sure if it was just the girl doing my nails but it was very sloppy. Hardly anyone in there because of COVID which was expected since its appointment only so at that point you would think they would take their time on each client. It was soooo rushed..it was like a 30 second massage on each foot and same for manicure. Nails did not look professional..very disappointed and wont be coming back

The employees here are accommodating, nice & take their time. It’s always clean & bright & they took tremendous measures to be safe & comfortable during a pandemic. I’ve been coming here for the past few years & never have an issue.

I got $60 French nail acrylics and 4 days after I got them they all fell off. They were a waste of money and my friend also got them done there too and one fell off the same day. This was the worst nail service that I’ve experienced.
