Sadly, I had a very bad experience with hair color 2 weeks ago. I had sent Heather pictures of the colors I wanted and what I got was not at all correct. I spent 3 hours there and I think I was in shock because I paid! I asked for a partial refund and was denied. I won’t go back. I was offered the opportunity to have her try to fix it but I didn’t want her to work on my hair again.
