I recommend everyone to stay away from the salon. The lady who did my nails I take it she is the owner she did a horrible uneven job on my nails. She rushed through my full set and I told her I didn’t like my nails I didn’t like the color that she had put on because the bumpiness of the acrylic made it look really bad I asked her if she could fix my nails and if not I would like a refund of the $55 that she charged me for the horrible work she did on my nails and she got argumentative with me and said that she will not provide a refund and that the best she can do is change the color on my nails. It was horrible Customer Service she blamed me for the reason why she did such a bad job and I don’t know how that could be when she is in control of what she is doing. She cut my thumb open with the file that she decided to use underneath my nail . I am literally sitting at home right now re-filing and re-painting my nails because they looked tremendously bad. I will give this place zero stars if I could, I don’t understand how they’re in business they’re completely rude and unprofessional.

Would not recommend this salon. I am new to the area and this is the nearest nail salon to my new home. I should have seen the red flag when I walked in on a Saturday morning and there was only one tech working and no one waiting or in the salon to get there nails done. I have always gotten the SNS Dip manicure French, but upon my arrival the gentlemen stated no Dip here even when the dip containers were out on display up at the front by the other colors. I then proceeded to get a shellac manicure and regular polish pedicure. Pedicure looks good and is average however my manicure looks awful I will be going to another salon to get them fixed as I am embarrassed to show my finger nails anywhere. The tech also cut all my nails down completely without even asking if that’s what I wanted as I have been growing them out. Overall not a good experience and very outdated salon. $75 dollars for a shellac manicure and then a regular pedicure. Would mot recommend and don’t know how this place is still operational.

Let me just say this…… The lady in the shop really tries her best to accommodate customers with beverages and little candies which is cool and all but what about this nail service your providing? The guy that works there has the nastiest attitude while doing a rush job and she can’t do nails if her life depended on it. They are very unsanitary as well.Idk who’s worst 4G nails or Wonder nails right across the street. THROW THE WHOLE SHOP AWAY! Im gonna just have to watch some DIY Vidos on YouTube because I’m practically just throwing money away even supporting these people

Do not go here!!!!! I left here with a shellac manicure that was bumpy, uneven, all over my hands, and so thick. I got an INFECTION and my nails hurt so bad and were so itchy. Would not recommend. I was the only one in salon and the lady rushed my pedicure and did not do a good job.. Toes were uneven and used too much polish without cleaning it up good. They also lie about prices and charge you a different amount than what is told. I got a $30 pedicure and was charged $45 just for gel. Definitely trust these reviews and go some place else!

The WORST I have ever had… finger nails looked deformed on my left and not as bad on right but still poor quality of work. seemed like once customers started coming in the guy was rushing to get more customers. I’ve been about 6 times now. The owner Michelle is sweet & provides good customer service. However, her assistant (the guy), I cannot say the same! He doesn’t greet u, is rude, rough & doesn’t listen to requests. The last straw w/ him was today! Google said that the establishment closed at 5pm & I got there around 2:55pm. As I arrived, I seen the guy coming up to close the door. I thought he was shutting it because it had gotten chilly, so i said “are u closed?” he ignored me several times. Then, as I got out the parked car, he waved bye as if I wasn’t a valued, consistent, paying customer. I do not like his attitude & wishes michelle had like-minded assistants that continues to build *her* reputation!
