I gave it 2 starts because the staff was really nice and very close to everyone. I am upset because I came in as a blonde asking for some hi-lights to brighten my blond and a few burgundy stripes on top and I left with a full head of burgundy with a couple of blond stripes on top. I asked her if she could do this and even asked about the red and she said no problem …..Really! The color bled through my entire hair and could not be removed. She attempted to go back through and put some more blond highlights through my hair and then tells me half way through that this may dry my hair out so I will need to extra condition it. If I would have know that I would not have had her add more as they didn’t even show up anyway.
