Tess is nothing short of amazing. I’m also a hairstylist and I go to her for my extensions, I’ve never been disappointed. If your on the fence about trying the salon, please do. Tess is the absolute best, and I’m a pretty tough critic! Have spent countless hours in a chair with Tess for over a decade (and received even greater numbers of compliments) with her doing my hair. Have personally experienced and witnessed, she is conversational, fun, can connect with anyone of any age, gender and/or ethnicity. She is multi-faceted in so many ways including when it comes to style, cut and color. I cannot speak highly enough of Tess and highly recommend her for any clientele.

I went in to have the sides of my hair evened by out by Sazan after a bad haircut. I ended up leaving with a granny haircut and it still isn’t even in the front by my face. Worst haircut ever. Listen to the customer next time. I went back to get a refund and he was very rude and loud. He walked away. Not the way to treat people, not professional. I did get $45 of $50 back and put it toward the cost of a wig. Never again.

Tess allowed me to sit in her chair touched my hair then began complaining about how late I was and complained about how she wasn’t experienced enough to do anything with the texture of my hair. I’m deciding to look further into my history to better explain my lineage so this can be a learning lesson. Jesus help her! Sending her a brush and comb kit to help her utilize her resources. Hope she has a better day of service.
