They were very professional with wearing masks and washing their hands, made it a very comfortable experience. Additionally, I was able to talk about football and baseball with them which made the appointment even better. The walls are covered in sports memorabilia, which made it so that the short wait (I arrived early) was pleasant, but the TV playing the football game from the night before definitely helped as well. Got my first haircut after quarantine here. They were very professional with wearing masks and washing their hands, made it a very comfortable experience. Additionally, I was able to talk about football and baseball with them which made the appointment even better. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy most recent haircut with Coach and Four was of poor quality, extremely unprofessional, and not on time. The owner (James) was running 20 minutes late, and when I finally sat down he attempted to complete a fade in a world record time. The owner clearly does not take pride in his haircuts and it was obvious he didn’t care about mine. He completed my haircut in about 10 minutes and then proceeded to up-charge me on my haircut because I had mistakenly selected the “buzz cut option” when I initially signed up for an appointment. When questioned why I was receiving an up-charge and why my haircut was so rushed, he refused to take any accountability, even though he was 20 minutes behind schedule to begin with. James clearly did not put the needs of the customer first.
