Great salon! I was very unhappy with my regular salon and was in dire need of a nail repair. They were able to accommodate me immediately and I was happy with the result. I decided to get my next full set of acrylics there and I was very pleased with them! They take the extra time to soak off the original ones (instead of dremeling down and peeling off the old nail) which had previously caused tremendous damage to my nails! I’ve been back 2 more times and I have been very happy with my nails. No lifting, chipping or nails falling off!

This was my 3rd time to this nail salon. The first 2 experiences were nice enough for me to return, usually $47 for a nail dip. This time I saw the new person who recommended by the previous person seen. Granted the dip powder I selected had a heavier glitter but in all honesty, this dip looks terrible. Inconsistent, built up around my cuticles and this time it was $58, why the change in price? Especially for such a poor application. The dip applied to the cuticles is jagged and will most def be problematic as the nail grows out and the dip lifts. I will likely go to another salon to have this dip removed once my cuticles aren’t sore from the removal and application from Dione. Review updated from 2 stars to 1 due to lack of response from business.

I have been coming here since May of 2022. They are always polite and make you feel welcomed. My usual Nail tech that I go to no longer works there. Though Kelli did my nails today and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back to have my nails done by her! Manicure, Nail designs

Service is fantastic, very relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is quick and my nails have always looked great. I’ve gone multiple places for Dip powder and no one did it in a way that would last until I found this salon. Dip powder, Pedicure

Our experience was not good and will never go here again. My technician cut me two times on my hand and once on one of my toes. The gel manicure is one week old and already chipping. Expensive, poor quality and not the cleanest place I have ever been. My daughter in law had better service. The langue barrier with her technician was frustrating. Her nails are also chipping after one week.

These people are so disrespectful and crass!!!— laughing at other customers (regarding a tip that they thought she didn’t leave)while speaking their language and giggling hard esp. when the lady left, as I stood at the counter to pay for the wack and over priced services that they provided for my daughter. I was in complete awe! Next day, A nail broke/popped off in less than 24 hours , as if, the nails were press on nails. I paid 140 plus dollars for a short set of acrylics and a pedicure with gel polish, which was not the service we requested, then, they calculated 178 dollars ,initially ,until my daughter started breaking down the prices for the scammers, Also, the nail tech took forever to finish the job, so, with all that being said, NEVER again for such super subpar service that they provide and they have the nerve to “expect” and “demand’ a tip. Well here is an extra tip, Do not patronize this place! I would not recommend this Nail Shop at all!!!

I came in for an acrylic removal & gel manicure, the tech rushed through 45 minutes. 4 of my nails are bumpy & thin. This has happened once before with a different tech. I will not go back. I am very disappointed. Gel manicures

My daughter and I were shopping across the street and called hoping for an appointment. They accommodated both of us and we were able to have a manicure and pedicure. Our ladies were very kind. We laughed and had great conversation! I had kelli. She’s great and I’ll be back to see her frequently. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the woman with my daughter but she was lovely! Thank you! See you soon!

I needed to get a quick pedicure and was in the area where the salon is located. I was across the street and called to see if they had an opening on a Thursday late morning. They said I could come so about 5 minutes later I’m in the chair ready for the pedicure. The salon is decorated well to give you the sense you are somewhere more luxurious with marble look floors and upscale glam crystal lighting. I wish my pedicure experience matched. When selecting my color, I noticed most of the bottles seemed to be old. They had the telltale signs of separation between the color and the orange-tinted oil that settles on the top in the bottle. I found an iridescent pink color that didn’t seem to be separated and chose that as my color. They send me back to the pedicure area and it has the typical massage chairs with bowls that are iridescent and give off a luxurious vibe. My technician sits down, doesn’t introduce herself, and starts adjusting the water and my chair. I accidentally turned the massage chair off when she was trying to adjust it forward toward the bowl because she didn’t communicate to me that was what she was doing, so when she turned on the power and the massage part started digging into my back (I have a condition that makes me very sensitive to touch), I turned it off. Communication was minimal throughout and it would be a stretch to call it friendly since I don’t think she ever smiled the entire session. She did check with me on water temperature while filling the bowl. She was efficient in the process having all tools on hand in a carryall next to her. She trimmed my nails but never asked what length I desired which has usually been the case with past technicians. While doing my cuticles, she was moving so fast that she cut into my toe and drew blood! It hurt so much that I cried out and other patrons and technicians glanced over our way. She apologized but did have to stop her work to stop the bleeding. I have never in my life of pedicures ever had this happen. The rest of the pedicure was without event since that was plenty for one sitting. The pedicure includes a leg massage with both lotion and oil. Being sensitive to touch, this part can be excruciating for me, but her gentle pressure and the layer of lotion and oil allowed for it to be pleasant versus torture. No warm towel wrap after the massage and others didn’t seem to have this as part of their pedicure packages either while I was there. Working in a rushed manner led her to not file straight on several of my toes. When I pointed that out, she did say something but I couldn’t understand what she was saying unfortunately due to the heavy accent (not a criticism, just stating why the breakdown in communication). She did refile the nails that I indicated were crooked and did also comment that sometimes my perspective from my angle versus hers looks different so that sometimes causes the nails to be cut or filed crooked. I agreed and then there was a smile.:). After polish was applied, she indicated I should “go over there” and pointed toward the front part of the salon. Having never been there before, I was uncertain where “there” was but walked toward the front only to be confused as to where the drying station was located. Usually it is located toward the front, but here it sits between the manicure and pedicure parts of the salon. My experience has always been that the technician walks you to the station and gets you settled or at the very least walks you toward it to make sure you know where it is located. She returned to cash me out while I was still drying and was friendly at that point and did smile. Overall, I was appreciative that they had a walk in appointment for me. I like my color and there’s no chipping or bubbling two days out now. I may return if in the area again but definitely will request a different technician. I will update my rating if I return and have a better experience.

I went in here for the first time today and it is how she did my nails. Will never go back again, so waste of money. I wanted to share how she did my nails before removing them. Horrible job and very unprofessional!
