I wanted to like this place. I asked for a paint design on one nail before coming in. The guy ended up not being able to do it, so he asked if he could put a foil sticker. But then he didn’t actually put the edges down, so the stickers stick up from my nail and catch on everything. Ruined my manicure before I could even get in the car.

Luanne is amazing and the only person I trust with my nails! I’ve been coming here for years and won’t go anywhere else. She understands my desire for having crazy nails all the time and does exactly what I ask for each time! I’ve never walked out of here disappointed.

Horrible manicure and pedicure experience. One of my absolute worst. I was one of the only two people inside the salon and I felt so rushed. Must have barely spent 10 minutes on the pedicure and maybe just over 5 minutes for a manicure. Very very rough handling and sloppy work. Incredibly disappointing.

Love this salon!!! I went after reading many FB recommendations and I will continue to keep coming back! Hannah is amazing. She did such a nice job on my nails and she did them quickly too, yet wonderfully. She’s such a nice person and I liked chatting with her! Sometimes when I get my nails done other places, I feel like I’m bothering the tech and they barely talk. She was so sweet and helpful and helped me find the exact color I wanted. I can’t wait to go back for some nail art for Valentines’ Day!! Thank you so much again, Hannah!

I have been going to 431 Nail Salon for a few years now and will never go to another nail salon! Everyone there takes their time and puts in all of their effort to make sure you leave happy and satisfied with your nails. I have never had a complaint, they are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are fully happy! I always look forward to coming here to get my nails done!

I am getting married today and last night my nail broke at the rehersal dinner. I had them done the day prior so I called in a panic since my wedding schedule was tight the next day. They repaired it the morning of my wedding and they look so beautiful again. Thank you so much!!!!!
