Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to this salon for my first time 10/8. One of the best experiences I have ever had!! The environment was welcoming and everyone was so nice! I had my hair highlighted/dyed also had it cut and I also had my nails done! I would recommend this salon to anyone! I had my hair done by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. I went to this salon for my first time 10/8. One of the best experiences I have ever had!! The environment was welcoming and everyone was so nice! I had my hair highlighted/dyed also had it cut and I also had my nails done! I would recommend this salon to anyone! I had my hair done by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone. And my nails were done by Linda she was amazing as well!!

Critical: Quality, ValueI came in for highlights what I got was my whole top of my head is brown and the sides and back is an orange blonde not the color I wanted I have no highlights just two toned hair my hair is fried I have chemical burns on my head although they did give me my money back but I can’t even get it fixed because of how she damaged my hair I have so much breakage. I was suppose to have layers and there is not one layer in my hair! This is not about the salon in general the owner has awesome reviews that’s why I went there and he did try and make it right but the girl who did my hair was only at the salon two weeks. The other stylist that were there that day were awesome! I guess you live and learn always make sure who the person is that is doing your hair! Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMy overall experience here was great, came in for a trim and they did a great job despite my hair being uneven from a bad haircut I got somewhere else, she took her time to even it out which I really appreciate. Everyone was friendly and the space was very clean.My only complaint is I had to pay $20 while my boyfriend paid $15. His hair is also long like mine and he came for a trim too. The pricing should be based on length or the type of cut, not gender.Overall I recommend this place, but I hope they rethink their pricing. I get dip nails done here. They always treat me so well! The staff all seems like a big family, always do loving and welcoming. My nails always look so amazing and they keep everything so clean! She shampooed and conditioned my hair making me feel completely pampered. I got a hair cut and the entire time she made sure it was exactly like I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier with the results! She even blow dried and styled my hair. I ran extra errands after because I wanted to show off my hair!! My experience at 424 Hair Salon was absolutely rejuvenating and wonderful! I can’t rave about Brenna enough! She shampooed and conditioned my hair making me feel completely pampered. I got a hair cut and the entire time she made sure it was exactly like I wanted. I couldn’t have been happier with the results! She even blow dried and styled my hair.
