I had an appointment booked for a cut and style yesterday with Alyssa. She called and told me they were not open due to a broken water pipe. I understood, of course. She rebooked me for today. I asked that she call me if something happened and they were not back to normal. I did not receive a call, but when I showed up for my appointment this morning, the owner was there. I told the her that I had an appointment with Alyssa. She said that they were closed and she hadn’t talked to Alyssa. Then she turned around. I would hope if I were a business owner I would have offered to call Alyssa or in some way to satisfy the customer. They lost me as a customer for not just hair but for mani/pedis.

The ladies here are so nice and talented. After several failed haircuts at other salons, Stephanie got it right the very first time. Lorie is the best with nails. She does mine regularly. She always makes sure she’s doing them just how you want them. I’ve found my salon!

I got my ombré refreshed, the color I put in myself before hand had turned red on me. Maddie fixed my red root issues and made my blonde look amazing, also threw in an eyebrow wax for $10. A hair cut was included, clean salon, and they know what they’re doing! Highly recommend. I’m super picky and I’ve had terrible salon experiences before, so this was an awesome experience. Thanks ladies!
