Booking an appointment was easy. Pagination book shop was so cute and quaint, and right in the center of Springfield so its perfectly located! Going upstairs to her shop she had this very quiet, peaceful, clean and professional room that made me feel super comfortable (especially since I was nervous since it was my first time experiencing anything like this). She explained what she was going to do, made sure I wasn’t allergic to anything, and really took her time and care on my little 90’s brows. I walked out of there with a lash lift and tint that lasted a whole month! And brows that were cleaned up and henna tinted but didn’t look tacky (which i was scared of since as stated, I have very thin brows) ! Overall 10/10 would recommend to a friend!! I will never go anywhere else now.
