I went to the salon after calling to inquire about a partial highlight. I was told 93.00 and if additional highlighter was needed it would be an additional 25.00. I have extremely fine and thin hair so I didn’t expect a second amount of that needed. When she was done with my hair I told her she didn’t need to blow dry it because I was heading straight home. She said it’ll only take a few minutes and that she’d go ahead a dry it. I went to pay and was told my bill was 186.00! I was told that she used extra highlighter, that she put a gloss on hair that was 25.00 and that the blow out was 45.00 which btw took her a whopping 4 minutes. I will never go back. People should be asked if if they even want that service. Absolutely ridiculous! Be careful and ask for a total. They’re gonna keep adding on charges for services not even asked for.

Critical: ValueI was charged $270+ and when I came home I realized the front of my hair was hacked. Big chunks in the front not matching the rest and not matching even the other side. They were a little more hidden in the curls so after I washed it I double checked and it was bad. Really upset with the experience.Service: Haircut
