I love coming here because they truly care about their clients. It’s better to make an appointment before going in so you don’t have to wait. I have given this nail shop the benefit of the doubt 3 times. The very first time I have an awesome experience. Second time they were closed but the sign said a different day than what was posted and for two weeks. This third time, there was 1 customer being attended. The other person who does acrylics was on lunch. The lady said 10 mins. I waited 20 and he was still not back even when I asked if he was going to take longer. The dude was in the back and didnt respond when asked to attend me. Very disappointed since they ate very close to my house. I’m done with them. Very inconsiderate their customers.

I had one of the worst nail experiences here! I hardly ever get acrylics done, but tried this place out on one occasion. The wait was a bit long but not too bad. I got seated with one of their nail ladies. She quickly started my nails and seemed in a rush. She hardly spoke, and chose to slap and yank my hands when she wanted me to move them. I requested a specific design on my nails, which she charged me $10 extra for. As she began the design I knew it wasn’t right, I stopped her and told her I wasn’t happy…she assured me that she would fix them up. When she finished, they looked horrible! I explained that they weren’t what I wAnted. She preceded to yell at me very loud, stand up and throw her towel at me and knock over things at her station. I sat there mortified!
