Critical: Quality, ValueNot worth a $45 manicure. I needed a simple refill and i’m from Florida coming to visit and it was not worth the price the nail tech asked for. In my regular place I am used to using a gel powder that my regular nail tech will brush onto my nails, this place uses some sort of glue or sculpting gel and the lady rushed as she applied it onto my nails and the shape is now bumpy. I also still have red paint around my nail from my previous refill that I told her consistently that I still had around my nail, but she just used a nail file and it didn’t do much. Paint color also seemed to be low quality. I have almond shaped nails so i’m assuming they’re not commonly done in this area, but all I simply wanted was a refill. It was also a bit concerning with no certifications shown anywhere the way they should be. However, the lady was kind and lowered the price for me after I expressed I was unhappy with the results. If you want a simple paint to your nails, you’re better off doing it at home.Service: ManicureNot worth a $45 manicure. Critical: Quality, ValueMy mom and I went in to get powder dip nails and pedicures. The pedicures were $50 each and the experience was lacking. The woman only cut and filed one foot while only one of my mothers feet got calculs remover on them. When we went to get dip powder it was as if the two women had no idea what they were doing. They both used gel and the UV light for the powder which requires neither and or nails looked atrocious.Services: Pedicure, ManicureMy mom and I went in to get powder dip nails and pedicures. I came here for a simple gel manicure, and proceeded to have the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had here. If I didn’t know better I would think the woman who did my nails had not only never done nails before, but had never even seen nails before. It started with her using the mechanical file drill thing to get my old gel color off, rather than soaking, which caused my nails to feel like they were burning and in pain. I picked a red gel color and she pulled out a blue shellac color and I had to explain that was the wrong color and even the wrong type of product than I asked for. I asked for round nails and she made them square, even after I nicely asked again for them to be rounder. She painted the second coat of color by dotting my nails with the paint, resulting in incredibly uneven color. So my nails looks terrible and hurt even though it’s been an hour since I was there. I am incredibly disappointed in this place and don’t recommend anyone go there!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSusan was very unprofessional and didn’t do my callus treatment properly. She was done within five minutes. I called her back to let her know and she told me that I got the service I paid for. I would not recommend.

I went here today, susan and her staff were extremely pleasant. She unfortunately had a father and daughter come in complaining and wanting their money back. They were screaming at her saying they were going to bbb and telling everyone not to go there. I felt bad for the owner. If the girl had an infection from a manicure done on Saturday, she would have gone sooner than 5 days later to complain. Anyone can chip a nail and anyone can cut a cuticle…how would she prove the nail salon did it. If when she walked out on Saturday she was happy. Too much time and effort used to be so nasty.

Terrible experience. Overpriced and the gel didn’t last beyond a day and had a broken nail for a wedding. Their gel colors were limited and the powder gel is not done correctly.
