Critical: ValueI asked to be soaked off to get over lay on natural nails and the just butcher my nails and was ripping off the acrylic so it did nothing but ruin my nails that I had been growing!! Then charged me 60$ for service and just received a notice that she gave herself a 6$ tip!!!! When I filled out my receipt for that reason!!! I asked to be soaked off to get over lay on natural nails and the just butcher my nails and was ripping off the acrylic so it did nothing but ruin my nails that I had been growing!! William is the best nail tech in Douglas county! He really is a master technician. Any time I go anywhere else I always get disappointed, but William gets it right every time with me! I never do reviews but my nail job was so bad l had to review them. I got a full set and a deluxe pedicure last night. A lady did my pedicure and Henry did the nails. I didn’t like the nails because l like natural looking nails and he did my nails coffin style. I had to come back today to get them fixed because l didn’t like them. I spent 125.00, so l should get what l ask for. I don’t care how popular coffin nails are. I don’t like them. I’m not about to argue with someone over what lm spending my money on. Last night they claim they would fix them today since the mall was closing. Today he removed the acrylic off three nails that were crooked. He made them look like natural nails, so now l have 3 square round nails that are real thick and 7 coffin nails. Also if you look at the pictures the tips aren’t glued down to my nail properly. They looks a mess. Needless to say l have to find a new nail shop. I came here for years but it’s time to move on. Even the Walmart nail shops listens to what you want and don’t try to force you to like things you don’t like! If l could give no stars; the wouldn’t have gotten any! You have to give at least one star, so that says a lot!

Well as usual, I walked in for a full set but I had my acrylic nails cut down but they had to be removed. To my shock and painful moment. The lady with long nails ripped my acrylic nails right off my fingers until I started bleeding. To make matters worse, all I she did was put a drop of antiseptic and continue like nothing happened. My nail was still bleeding even as she went on to put my new set on. To make matters worse, she then tells me to sit on another chair and swap with another client. If there was a negative I would give this salon. To make matters worse, I go to pay and she flatly tells me that my nails costed $70. I was in awe…… never ever I’m I going back there because for one, my nail was bleeding and trust me the next lady whom I swapped with sat down and none of the tools she was using on me were sterilized or changed. Very sad!

Lady just did her own thing on my nails not even close to what I asked for then had the nerve to charge me $100. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY now I have to waste time going back tomorrow to get this fixed after the manager tried to argue with me. Worst part about it the lady still didn’t give me my manicure that I asked for. She just slapped acrylic on my nails and tipped herself an extra 35 dollars

They do what they want regardless of your asking. I’ve got some funky shaped nails, I asked for regular polish. They did gel anyway. Also asked for 2 colors, but he told me he liked a different one better and I didn’t get what I wanted… I got 10 nails the same color. Very disappointed.

She kept asking to add things such as a manicure and tips and to file my nails. I paid $65.00 tip included. I was glad I didn’t have to wait but they are $15.00 higher than what I pay at another establishment.
