I had pieces of hair on my nails, they were crooked but understand that people can’t make anything perfect but this was very crooked as if she didn’t care. the gel was on different levels and very uneven and weren’t even filled all over my nail. This place was also very unorganized and wasn’t very clean either. the tables were one gets their nails done at was like super dirty. This place also was very smelly. Never getting my nails done here again ♀️. I don’t recommend that you come and do your nails here unless you want your nails to get messed up and look like it was done my a preschooler ♀️ ♀️.

The lady that done my pedicure was very nice. I had a nice experience up until I got my manicure . I was then rudely asked by some other worker, why I didn’t get my toes done in the same shop as my eyebrows . When I had my eyebrows threaded, NOT waxed. Then the three women continued to hold a conversation about ME, like I was unaware. Next one of the women had the audacity to come over and touch my face. Pointing at my eyebrows! I do not care what they have going on with another nail salon. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GET UP IN MY PERSONAL SPACE & TOUCH MY FACE for ANY REASON . & if I choose to get my finger nails & eyebrows done at one shop & toenails at another, that is entirely my business ! Not to mention I was overcharged . $30 pedicure, $10+ for gel, $15 for Basic manicure. Comes out to $55 . I was charged $60 . It was no need to cheat me $5 when I was gonna tip the woman EVEN after how I was rudely treated ! Will be trying out the nail salon I was asked on “why I didn’t get all my services there ”

Went to get a fill in on my acrylic overlay the lady that did my nails rushed through the application and I had showed a picture of a design I wanted and told her if she didn’t know how to then it was alright. But she insisted that they knew how to do it. And now my nails look like I let my 5year old niece paint them. I’m so aggravated.

Came in , the ladies were not friendly at all. I figured they’d just had a long day… I told them I just wanted a regular manicure & she tried telling me to get gel 3 times. Finally she cut/filed my nails which were pretty long and I told her rounded …. she cut them pretty short and more of a square tip. Afterward told me to wash my hands with no hand/arm massage.. the lady beside her told her massage so she rubbed each hand for about 10 seconds (not exaggerating) and told me to wash my hands. While my nails were drying she kept coming by and touching them to see if they were dry which left the print marks in my nails… all the glitter in the polish just looks like lumps in the polish…. def will not be going back for any services .

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, Valuewent on my lunch to get a fill in as my dip had grown out a little bit. picked a color that matched pretty well to the one i already had and sat down. the woman who did my nails was really nice and friendly but the nails themselves are beyond words. the attached pic speaks for itself. she told me it was “mood changing” dip powder (which wasn’t what i chose) and that’s why it looks so patchy. it actually looks patchy because the previous dip is showing underneath from how far she filed the new dip. do yourself a favor and do not go hereService: Manicurewent on my lunch to get a fill in as my dip had grown out a little bit. picked a color that matched pretty well to the one i already had and sat down. the woman who did my nails was really nice and friendly but the nails themselves are …More

I went in to get my eyebrows done.I explained what I wanted. The tech barely took anything off so showed her where to correct it but she still didn’t get it right. I had to fix it myself at home. Terrible place for eyebrow service Body waxing

I just got my acrylics taken off and they charged 15. I have gone to many nail salons and never paid more than 10 for this service. They weren’t even fully removed so I am going to have to finish buffering them off at home. My hands are so dry after sitting in that acetone for so long and they didn’t apply any moisturizer. The woman who did it was nice but it was just way overpriced for a job that wasn’t even done completely.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI stopped into the nail salon for a full set. I usually get dip powder with my own nails at a different salon, but was pleased with the job that Young did on a prior visit, so decided to go back. I also wanted to try something different. Within a week of getting my nails done, two of the nails broke. Including tip, I paid close to $70 dollars for a full set with designs. I was out of town the week the nails broke, so going back for a repair was not an option. When I returned and explained the situation, It appeared I was going to be taken care of at no cost. It wasn’t until I went to leave that Young informed me that he was told to charge me for the repairs. He attempted to speak with, perhaps the manager to explain but she insisted that I pay. After sharing my displeasure for attempting to charge me for broken nails less than a week after getting them done, she told me that if I didn’t want to pay, that I could leave and not come back. She went on to talk about how people come in get their nails done, break them, want them repaired w/o paying. Not only did I feel like I was being scolded as a customer, I felt as if she was insinuating that I was trying to scam my way into getting free repairs. The moral of this already long story, is that the customer service from who appears to be the manager is horrible. The fact of my nails breaking is not a matter of finding fault, it is a matter of the quality of the service. I like Young and the work that he does, unfortunately, the manager may have cost him a new client. Going for a manicure is a part of my relaxation time. I will not frequent any business that treats me poorly in the name of enforcing a “policy”.Service: ManicureI stopped into the nail salon for a full set.
