I went here on Tuesday evening to try it out after a long day of work, as I have been searching for a different salon in the area. I have never been here before so I informed the girl at the front desk of this and let her know that I wanted to purchase 1 tan to see how I like the equipment. I asked if there were any specials or trial offers for new clients and she told me there were none. So I asked about my options for a single tan. She asked about my tanning history and I told her I had been tanning recently, and my package just expired at another salon. I told her that I noticed my tan fading in the past week, as it had been two weeks since I had been tanning, and I wanted to get back some color for the holiday. She told me if I wanted to get any amount of color I would have to do a level three bed for $17. She pretty much insisted it be the standup, bed #5 I believe. Let me just say of any level 3 beds I have used at other salons this standup does not meet the standard of being called level three. It is dated and there isn’t even a fan in the bed. I got no color whatsoever and feel ripped completely ripped off. I wanted to look good for the holidays and I tan pretty darn easily so for me to get no color something has to be wrong. Whether the bulbs need to be changed or whether I was put in the wrong bed, who knows, but my tan only continued to fade. I got zero results from this bed. I wish I went somewhere else. I wasted the little free time that I had this week, because I trusted the previous reviews on this site. I want my money back or at the very least an actual tan in a bed that works. I didn’t drive there and buy a tan to wake up the next morning with no results. It feels like I took a $20 bill, crumpled it up, and threw it in the garbage. This is hands down the worst tanning salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in for the full time. No burn no tan no nothing! Unless something is done to make this right, I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

From the minute I walked thru the front door to the time I left the service was great. Today was my first time getting a spray tan and I can say I’m very much pleased. My tan looks great and I’ve gotten numerous compliments. Thank you to the staff I’ll be back without a doubt.
