Always very homely, welcoming and kind! Get my nails done just about every 2-3 weeks. Love the atmosphere and nail techs. Owners are also very amazing! Any time there is an issue with one of my nails they always fix it fast!

Me and my mother visited there today, and she got a gel pedicure and a basic gel manicure. Both which came out beautiful! BUT I got a full acrylic set w/ gel polish, and let me just say I wanted to cry. We got there around 12:15pm. My mom was seated for her pedi immediately, but I had to wait 30 minutes for the tech to finish with her client. (No problem). I got in the chair around 12:45… I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked if it was a problem and she assured me she could do it. Below you will see the google photo of what I showed her, vs. what I recieved.. I didn’t leave until 2:50pm.. ( I had work at 3) which is why I didn’t even tell them to fix it bc I was in a rush bc it took too long.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityThis is the second time I go there, both experiences have been so weird and unsatisfactory. Today I went to get my nails done and I feel like they are not organized with appointments, the first time I went they make me wait 1 our because she was in the way, they speak in their language and I couldn’t understand but you can tell they were arguing with each other and I thought it was just one day thing, maybe it was to much going on that day I don’t know…. But today was same I spend almost 4 ours there for acrylics and pedicure, and they just couldn’t stop arguing so the lady that did my nails was very distracted, and of course that’s why also it takes longer then what I should be. At the end when I’m going to pay both times I give $15 tip and she’s not happy with it, you can tell!!! Also the nails are super thick and just not in a good shape. This is the second time I go there, both experiences have been so weird and unsatisfactory. I went in for a Mani and pedi and eyebrow wax. I asked before I planned to get anything done if she could do the design I wanted and she said she could definitely. My eyebrows are so bad it’ looks like I took a razor to them. My nails are awful and my feet are just bad . Manicure, Pedicure

My wife went here for a manicure and pedicure. Not only was she stuck there for hours, she left unhappy, and now she has infections on her fingers from where they cut her cuticles. Gross and unhygienic. I wouldn’t recommend.
