Warning: Don’t come here!!!! I came here on my birthday to have my acrylics taken off and get a gel manicure. Arrived at 9:40am and got taken back immediately by a woman who just shaved off the top layer of my acrylic and then put my hands in a bowl of acetone to soak. After waiting 40 minutes without any sign of the first woman coming back, someone else came over and finished my nails. Since my nails were soaking in acetone for 40 minutes, the acrylics came off all over my hands and fingers leaving a disgusting sticky residue even after I left the appointment. Nobody apologized or showed any empathy for how a simple manicure turned into an HOUR AND A HALF waste of my time. I am extremely dissatisfied and have never received such terrible service from another salon.

This is the best nail salon in the area! Very clean, attentive and friendly staff. They take their time to give you the service you’re paying for and never disappoint. I’ve had several different staff do my nails but prefer Charlotte for my dip and if you ever want a fancy design she can free hand just about anything. Dip powder

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures and gel polish on my hands. My boyfriend and I were seated in the pedicure chairs at the same time, however while I was getting my pedicure my boyfriend waited 50 minutes with his feet in the water before anyone came over to him. I was done with my pedicure before his was even started, ruined the experience of getting them together, considering the appointment for the pedicures was at the same time. In the past I’ve had great experiences with the ladies, however Anthony is always extremely rude. When doing my gel nails after the pedicure, he set his phone up and watched his screen as he was doing my nails. He spent about 10 minutes doing my polish and they look terrible compared to the work the ladies do. He never once asked me if they looked okay. Unfortunately this is a reoccurring experience when Anthony does my nails. Would not recommend

I felt it was very dirty. Especially the hand wash station. No licenses shown by stations. Uncomfortable when technician doesn’t speak English. Some if the tools used were not sanitized. The files used looked as though they were 20 years old. And I’ve never had dremel used w/manicure. Trying to preserve my nail beds. Pedicure, Manicure

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This company wasted a half day due to their inability to retain a schedule. I called and asked if they could see me in the morning, they said that they could see me at 12:45. When I called for directions, they informed me that “because my name wasn’t in the book, they would be able to see me until 2:00.” They actually lied and tried to say that when I first called, I said that I would call them back. LIE. They tried to blame the customer for their ineptitude. My time is just as precious as theirs. DO BETTER. You wasted half of my day!
