He did not removed the red dip color and just re did the dip powder. I wanted a lighter color so of course the red was showing when I mentioned it him, he acted like he couldn’t see it. So he then grabbed a gel nail polish and painted it over it, and it still doesn’t look good. No attention to details. I used to go there but will no longer go back.Horrible experience. Horrible experience. I went in today to get dip nail done and I had already dip powder in red. He did not removed the red dip color and just re did the dip powder. I wanted a lighter color so of course the red was showing when I mentioned it him, he acted like he couldn’t see it. I’ve been a customer for 12 years and NOT EVEN ONCE have I ever been disappointed or unsatisfied. Every person there is accommodating and super friendly. I work locally and get compliments on my nails nearly everyday. I highly recommend them to everyone who compliments me.

I love going to four seasons. I work with my hands often and like to treat myself to a gel manicure. Because I work with my hands I keep my nails short, and there’s no judgment with that. I find they tend to be busier on Fridays than Saturdays. They are always friendly. They also have a great check in system that uses your phone number so it tracks rewards which I enjoy. You get texted coupons!

I was there for a pedicure and a waterless manicure and was charged 75 dollars. I am sorry but even if nail polish is 30 dollars a bottle you did not use the entire bottle on me to charge 75 dollars for a simple gel pedicure and a even more simpler manicure where I never soaked my fingers but was charged 75 dollars. I was ripped off and the owners are complete wannabes. The guy with glasses told me once when I went in there that I can pay with only cash he must have forgotten he made that statement when I asked him tonight 12-7 -22 if I can pay with a card he said yes. Sad that the old owner does not own this business any longer because tonight was the last night they have my business. Massage chairs broken, place should be spruced up and the owners or engine we the two characters are running the show need to go. Bad business 75 dollars for a manicure and pedicure that was not worth it. They list my business tonight.
