4 Seasons Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueSo I do not have the prettiest toes, but I have been filing my toenails and they were all the same length and looking nice before I went in for this. I will include photos so you all can see for yourself. They butchered my feet. I specifically told the woman I like the length (about 3mm ) and to just shape them (they were already Squarish, just wanted them uniformed.) She got the clippers out and hacked off the entire sides of both my big toes. Then hacked off random sides of all my other toe nails, I asked her again for square nails and not to cut them but she just kept on. She took almost all the pretty length I had off of my nails but left like 3 random toes long. Then proceeded to make most of them rounded. After that she painted them extremely poorly and even glued a rhinestone onto my toe upside down. I told her i do not like them and to please fix it, and she removed the rhinestone and did nothing else. I was in tears. I approached another woman working and asked her to fix them. She told me to go back to the woman who screwed up my feet to have the polish removed. She then proceeded to file so hard that she cut me in several places the worst being the quick on my right big toe to where I bled. The other woman came and repained my toes much better but at this point they are butchered and hideous. Oh – forgot to mention this was my 6 year old’s first mani/pedi and they completely screwed up her toes as well on the paint and still wanted $90 from us.
