Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got my nails done today at this salon. It is really bad. my nails hurts. I don’t what is happening they are hurting really bad .and my nails are very lumpy. what makes me mad is that I had to $65 I am going back tmr to get it removed and get my money back. Looking for a last minute nail salon for my mom & me, we came from somewhere else close by because we made a booking but the lady who was supposed to do our nails wasn’t coming The manager immediately took care of my mom when we told him we wanted a full set of white a pink! I had to wait a little but as I saw my moms nails being done they looked amazing! It’s what she wanted, as I got attended by Julia I showed her pictures of the style I wanted & shape! She choose this super cute sparkly pink dip, it was a sweet surprise, we kept making sure they were on point from time to time! At the end of it all I felt really attended! Don’t let looks deceive you, just make sure your telling them what you want ! There pretty interactive with the customers as long as your respectful & in a good mood! Got what I’ve been looking for, I’ve been to high end salons that have charged me $100 or more for gel nails and did not succeed in what I’ve wanted!

Worst nail salon ever. First time there, my friend suggested this place but I regret it. Asked for squared shape and got this weird coffin shape. Politely asked to fix it but he said it was late. My nails have lumps and he did like 5 coat of nail polish. Paid 60 dollars for a full set when its usually 30 and they speak with a attitude when customers come in. Now my nails are hurting. Should’ve just left the place. (Owner did my nails)

Should’ve read the reviews. They tried to charge an extra 5 dollars over the posted price of kids mani/pedi after we already started. She told me it’s an old price. Then charged an additional $5 because my daughter wanted multiple colors. Same amount of polish, just multiple colors. ZERO customer service etiquette.

Worst service ever!! I came to get my eyebrows waxed and my lips andy eyebrows are thin as heck now and I still have wax on my lips. And she charged me $15 when it was supposed to be $9. Plus the staff here is very rude and I still have hairs where she waxed. I wish I got her name. I will never be returning here again !!! I honestly never recommend you to come here. And no my nails were not done here lol. They were done in California.
