I am not one to typically leave bad reviews. However, I felt I should share my experience. I went here for the first time on Friday for a pedicure. I scheduled an appointment and still proceeded to wait for 25 minutes. I didn’t have any plans after, so was happy to sit in the massaging chair. When she finally came to start my pedicure, she had the softest touch ever. To the point that I couldn’t even feel her touching/massaging me or anything. The scrub didn’t even feel like it had exfoliating stuff in it because she massaged so lightly. When she pushed my cuticles, she did it so fast and light that she couldn’t possibly have actually pushed them. When I got home I took a closer look and realized she in fact didn’t push my cuticles, didn’t remove any dead skin and didn’t even entirely paint my toenails! My nails are also rough and not filed smoothly. I immediately called and she asked me to come back for a repaint that night. We already had dinner plans so I was unable to go back that evening. I asked if she had time Saturday morning or early afternoon. She said she only had after 5 PM. Again, I had plans Saturday evening and wasn’t able to go that late. I called first thing Monday morning asking if I could come in the morning or lunchtime and she said the only time she had was after 5 PM, which I also told her wouldn’t work. I am confused why they would be less busy after 5 PM on a Monday? It seems like they are intentionally trying to not accommodate me. I will definitely never be going back. My friend and I decided to come here to get our nails done. We made an appointment for 230 and weren’t taken back until around 3:00. The ladies that were doing are nails were rushing and seemed to be doing little odds and ends in between. My friend wanted decently long nails square shape, and the lady file them down so bad it doesn’t even look like she has acrylics on. None of our nails are even, or are even close the same shape. We ended up not getting out of there until around 430. When we went up to pay the lady said that it was 55 for mine because I decided to get my nails coffin shaped, and 50 for hers. When on the phone when we called we were told that it would only be $35. Keep in mind we did not get any designs. I would not recommend going here unless you want your nails to look like blobs and be over charged for the service they provide. Definitely a huge waste of money and never going back!! I went there today to get my nails done for the first time. My grandma has been going here for three years and has loved every set she comes home with. My sister just got hers done last week by Hannah and loved hers too. My grandma and I both had Tina do our nails and she is the friendliest employee! She did an excellent job with my nails! I will for sure be coming back again. 🙂

This was my first visit to Four Seasons and I will definitely be going back. Every time I’ve had dip powder done before it made my nails look very thick. Now they look like I just have regular polish on them. They too time to make sure my nails looked good. The salon I’ve been to previously always rushed and cut my skin around my fingers when filing my nails.

I love coming here but I came with my mom for pedicures. We waited 25 minutes before we were even touched. My lady put the hot lotion right on my leg, water was cold in about 10-15 minutes, besides that mine are great. My mother on the other hand was treated great til it came to painting it looked like she had her toes paint for 2 months without getting them redone and she also had cold water after 10-15 minutes as well. We’re very disappointed.

Took 10 minutes earlier than appt time ( which never happens ). But – 4 nail technicians were ON – DUTY ( which hasn’t happened since pre – pandemic ).Service was pleasant.And – pedicure was great ( as usual ).

So I figured I’d see how they do for pedicures and they are fantastic!! They sit you in the chair and turn the massager on and then she massages your feet and legs, my legs and feet have never felt better!! The lady I had talks to you and tries to get to know you, shes very sweet. Don’t forget to try Fuddruckers! I had a good experience with manicures. Gel held well. My teenage daughters’ nails lasted for almost 2 weeks before 1st chip. Mine are still going strong but are starting to grow out no fault of theirs though. The staff was nice and I did not feel rushed. I would recommend them for a try. And would go back. Still looking for that single place for my feet. I want paraffin and hot stones and more focus on massages. I don’t think any place offers this though. Lol
