WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!! Save your money and time! I have never had such ugly nails in my life. That’s what I get for trying a new place I guess.. my nails are uneven and I paid extra for glow in the dark they don’t glow at all. The shape is terrible. I don’t even leave reviews but I paid $89 for this??? LOL. They told me that I didn’t have my nails done here in the comments but I certainly did and have a receipt to prove it, the owners husband did my nails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The people who work here are RUDE! The older lady sat me down and had me waiting for an hour before she even came over to me then and ran water and left my feet to soak for another hour! I was in this salon for almost 4 hours and the lady tried to joke and say “Beauty takes time”. The younger girl who claims she is “just a clerk”(was doing a pedicure when i first came in) just walked around and kept telling me 5 more minutes. She even started on another person’s pedicure who came in way after me. Then the lady put gel polish on my toes and did some ugly design without my consent and when I said something she just laughed about it. Afterwards she still put gel on my toes and argued me down at the register when I made it clear that I wanted regular polish. The man who did my sister’s nails straight up told her that her design would be ugly so he wasn’t going to do it. The man who did my nails was quiet and quick and did exactly what I asked for so I guess that 1 star will be for him.

I have been going to 4 seasons for three years, and I have NEVER been this dissatisfied with a service. The acrylic on my nails is 1/4” thick. She burned every single one of my fingers with the electric file. She didn’t listen to anything I said, and my fingers are covered in super glue and paint. I’m sure she could tell I was upset, because she added glitter I didn’t ask for, and then still charged me extra! So so very displeased.

Ivy was amazing! She was a little heavy handed with the drill but she was dedicated and detailed. I wish I could leave this place 0 stars…. I have been coming to this spot for about a yr now and there have been little hiccups here and there but nothing like my visit yesterday… I went in for a pedi, eyebrows and a full set. After 3 hrs had only completed the pedi and started dip.( which I didn’t ask for) I then told the gentleman that was working on my nails that I had to go… didn’t seem to be getting anywhere and I needed to get to work. I then asked for my total for what was completed and the lady tried to charge me $105 and I had to say something for her to turn around and give me $10 back. Pedi was not the best but I still don’t mind paying for the services. My issue was the time I spent and the fact that the lady at the front charged me $55 for my nails when nothing was done but the tips put on and the guy messed up several nails dipping them n the base… None of the normal nail techs were in there and I believe she had some teenagers working with her… everyone has to start somewhere but to charge people for services under these circumstances is ridiculous… I definitely won’t be returning…

They were definitely in a rush I wanted blue and yellow with a sunflower on my ring finger nail but I was told the yellow would look ugly with the blue so it wouldn’t happen and then my cuticles got cut on two of my fingers and a couple of my nails are crooked.

Before I sat down, I asked for a specific service and she said she could do it. She proceeded to prep my nails by shaving off my top coat then said she couldn’t do what I wanted. She charged me $10 for her mistake. If they don’t understand you, they do whatever they want and still expect you to pay. This is the third time this has happened to me in this shop. Even after multiple people told me not to chose this shop, I still did because it was the most convenient due to distance.
