I made the appointment yesterday since we were in town for a wedding. Kim and her husband were very professional and kind. Superb nail fill, pedicures and manicure for my son. Kim even offered advice on keeping skin supple and smooth. I’d return in a heartbeat if ever in the area.

Critical: Quality, ValueWent in Saturday 1/8/22. Charged $110 for a mani pedi. Did dip powder on mani, regular polish on pedi.Didn’t last a day before mani started lifting, even though I told her they lift easily on me and my nails need to be filed really well before application. She was more concerned with someone who was waiting and rushed me. Now there’s debris under the nails that I can’t clean out, and it’s been two days. Cuticles weren’t cleaned up properly either. This poses a risk of fungal infection, so I basically paid $55 to have a manicure for a day, since they’ll have to come off immediately.I won’t be back. I just bought dip powder to do my own at home. I’ll have to redo these myself this weekend, when dip should last 2-3 weeks when done correctly.They were nice though, so if you’re more worried about customer service than quality work, or don’t mind going back to have them fixed (not possible for me, I work too far away to get there before they close) then this is a good place for you.Service: Dip powderWent in Saturday 1/8/22. This place has been here all my life. I got my first pedicure here. Growing up i was so scared to get pedicures and manicures because i thought it would hurt but this sweet family convinced me otherwise. I only come HERE. Nobody treats me this much like family when i walk in. They remember you and go above and beyond in service. And i genuinely hate to see one star reviews on here saying these folks are rude because these people are literally the sweetest folks and smiling damn near the whole time because love what they do and do a magnificent job. Hell I’m here now with my mom lol

I have literally searched on google for a nail salon that is affordable and has great quality. I found it. They listen to you. I got a full set and polish change on my toes for 25. I have to say this is the best salon I have been to in my life.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT GO! They do a really crappy job and the ladies who work there are EXTREMELY RUDE. I went in to get my nails done 15 minutes before closing. I asked them if they would do them since it was late and the lady said yes. I wanted to try the stilletto (pointy) nails and she began by cutting them so short you could actually see my finger nail poking out. When I asked her to fix them, she went CRAZY yelling at me and when I asked her to remove the nails, she literally got the nail polish remover and just poured it onto my hands. By that point, I was very upset and I asked her to just remove the nails and I would go somewhere else. Apparently, she didnt like this because she got in my face (about 2 inches away) and started yelling. She told me that she hated “picky” customers and continued yelling in my face. She began to try and push me out and thats when I called the police and 3 cop cars arrived. The police officers were very friendly and asked me if I wanted to file a report. They advised me (obviously) to never go back and tell my family and friends about the experience. Its sad to say that what should have been a relaxing thing was by far one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. I was abput to make an appointment for my moms birthday and treat her to a massage and pedicure, Its safe to say I would rather drive 5 extra miles, than ever step foot in that place. The owner should be ashamed of the employees that he has working there. trust me, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE.
