I came in for a pedicure. She rushed the entire thing, she totally ignored me when I asked if she’d fix one toe. It felt like she was trying to get me out of there as quick as possible. When it came time to give a tip she stood over me and watched the entire time, when I didn’t give the tip she expected she stormed away upset and was yelling at that point. Just a college kid looking to splurge on getting their nails done. I guess if your spending 70$ on gel biweekly they might treat you like a person LOL. Better off DIYing it.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityGot a powder manicure which was fine but when I went back 3 weeks later to get it removed the women were rude to me and kept asking where I got the powder from. After saying three times, Four Seasons, and pointed to the woman who did my powder, they were rude and told me it’ll cost $10 to get it removed. I then asked for a regular manicure that came out sloppy, the filing was crooked, and my nails literally started chipping next day. I still had powder on my nails, that after 1 month, I finally was able to remove on my own. I have been going to this Nail Spa since they first opened over 10 years ago. Usually after a number of years the service or quality goes down but they just seem to get better all the time. Everything is sterilized and you have your own sealed packet of nail utensils. Ling and Alex are the owners and their service is excellent..They always try to accommodate my schedule-even last minute. Do try them out as I’m sure you won’t want to go anywhere else!! PS.great massages!!

I want to give more than 5 stars !!! Recently moved to area. Looking for a new nail place and boy oh boy today we struck gold!!!! They took us (me and my 6yr) for mani/pedi right away. My daughter was treated amazingly. Loved the ladies that took us today. We will definitely be back !!!
