terrible service. kicked me out because I complained about the shape. my hands are different sizes. polish is terrible. they didn’t file my acrylic and they were very very rude. would not recommend the older gentlemen. ask for another tech.

I love Forever Nails! I found them about 5 years ago and will not go anywhere else! It is clean and friendly. My nails last without any problems. Prices are very reasonable.

So, the gentleman who runs this place kicked me out because he said I complained too much. I did not know it was a rule that you could not get three coats of gel polish or ask if they could file the polish off my skin. He just started yelling at me to get out and not pay. I did not think I was asking too much to not have my skin glued to my nails. There were two other woman in the place and no wait. It was completely embarrassing and inappropriate. I never even raised my voice or argue with him. After he yelled at me I just told him, no that wasn’t what I meant, I was just asking because it bothers me. He just kept saying to get out. So I grabbed my purse and left. They are my nails and I know how I like them done. The last manicure I got was horrible because I did not speak up. Now I speak up and get kicked out. NOT NICE PEOPLE! (See photo for day after manicure to see the glue around the cuticles and side of nail. That was all I was asking to be filed off.)

I wish I could give 10 stars. This place is beautiful, very clean and super friendly. But the past part is how I feel when I leave and that is super happy with my nails . I have been coming now for every week or so for a month and a half (yes I’m obsessed) and been so happy with the outcome . Jim and Joe are super funny and loving catching up with them. I recently brought my little girl with me and she enjoyed it as well! She got her perfect birthday nails she wanted! SUPER WOMAN COLORS ! – thank you so much for your outstanding work and being who you guys are ♥️ I always look forward to my time ♥️

This place is amazing. The couple that runs it are very welcoming and personable. They always remember the little details and the prices are fairly average for the great quality they provide! I live out of state but I’ll make it a point to come here each time I’m in town.
