I booked an appointment to get my hair done at this place. Before I completed the booking I asked the young lady, by the name of yesenia, to see if she was able to color my hair how I wanted and she assured me multiple times that it was possible. So I proceeded with booking the appointment. As I walked into the clean and very nice area I sat and chatted with her all friendly conversations and when she was done with my hair I was highly disappointed to see that my hair looked nothing like I asked. She continued to try and convince me that it was just like the picture and it wasn’t. I was willing to let her try to correct the color in 2 weeks but she wanted to charge me more money to correct the color that she didn’t do right in the first place. At that point they got tired of arguing with me and kicked me out. Not the most professional thing to do.
