I got Brazilian blowout done on march 2nd. Within 10 days my hair became birds nest. I was promised smoothness will be there for 6 months didn’t even last for 10 days. It actually made my hair worst than before. Mary need some more training. She has no idea what she is doin. When I complained for the same they simply said they can’t do anything about it and suggested me another $1000 worth of treatment.

I got a subtle Balayage done by Mary, and I absolutely love it! I’m very picky when it comes to hair and was nervous to get another balayage after the last salon messed up my hair and bleached it entirely. Mary was so understanding and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered just that. She has a lot of experience doing balayages, so I trusted her with my hair completely and I was not disappointed with the end result.

I am so grateful I found this salon and especially, Casandra! After a not so stellar experience with another stylist (no longer there), Casandra came to the rescue! She squeezed me in to fix my hair and she has been my stylist since. She is so easy to work with and takes the time to understand what I want. Over the last year and more of seeing her I’ve been getting regular haircuts and my hair has never been healthier.

The person who helped me was super sweet but I was unfortunately really disappointed with my blowout/style. I had an appt with another stylist but when I arrived could tell there was confusion and ended up seeing someone else. I asked for beach waves and was hoping for the style to last more than a day (since curls usually can last a bit) When the stylist did my hair a lot of hairspray was used before and after the style. I found the large amount of hairspray weird but trusted the stylist. I would have understood if I was getting some sort of updo/prom style but it was just beach waves and my hair ended up really crunchy/dry. I live about 5 minutes from the salon and by the time I got home all my curls had fell and I ended up having to re due my hair :(. I feel bad writing this review because of how sweet the stylist was but because of the price (around $100) I just expected a little better (considering I didn’t even get a haircut).

I got an appointment here because a same day appointment was available and I absolutely loved the staff. Several of the women there helped and each one was so welcoming and friendly. My hair looked great leaving as well but the experience is what I really enjoyed
