I love 3L! I have been going to 3L for many years now to get my nails done. With that I have realized I should totally write them a review because they deserve the recognition! Today I stopped in to get a gel manicure and I love them! Everyone who works there is super nice and when they are busy they try to fit you in or schedule you at a later time. I have gotten my nails done by everyone who works there and I love all of their work. Today I got my nails done by Thi and as always I was not disappointed!

Critical: ProfessionalismI had the worst experience. I called this lady and told her that I wanted to change my appointment for the next day, Saturday. She said they did not have a spot and I understood. I told her OK then I will keep my 4 PM appointment but I might run a little late. So I drove there like a crazy person and arrived at 4:11 PM. Two minutes later other people walked in, and she tells me that I’m sorry you’re late for your appointment and for that reason I had to call other clients but I’m wondering at what point did you call them if I’m only 10 minutes late? How did the other client make it here so fast? Either they just are discriminating against me or they have just poor customer service but I know the treatment I got was a dog signal, they just don’t want to do my nails. Twice I made my nails With them, and both times I was not treated right and I guess it’s because I’m African.I had the worst experience.
