I have taken my daughter to this barbershop previously once with no issue the first round. The last 2 times we have called ahead around 4pm solely because they close at 5 and I know salons typically take their last no later than 30mins ahead of close. A barber stated they were still accepting walk ins. I also know some owners can close early if they chose to do so which is why im so big on her calling ahead. I stay in a 15min radius got my daughter there between 4:20 and 4:25 both times. Today she made it into the shop managed to walk past 2 employees and seated herself before someone told her to “call her ride back” because they were “done”. This whole trip there could’ve been avoided and the phone call was in vein. Even with a wasted trip there upon here entering the doors where might I add the open sign was on and lit someone could have told her upon entry as soon as she opened the door before sitting that they were no longer servicing people. I of course had pulled off once I seen she was seated and waiting. Keep in mind all she needed was an edge up. They didn’t answer the phone when I called to inquire as to why this is always happening however when I returned to get her it was 4:40-4:45 and my teenage daughter was now standing outside and they had locked their doors. Mind you they close at 5 so I’m not sure as to why she wasn’t allowed to wait inside after she was told to call her ride. Very unprofessional would not recommend this barber to anyone ever.

My loctician Rachel, is the greatest. I am her client, but feel more like family. The shop is decorated very chic. Enjoy the excellent service. The shop is COVID19 safe. Masks must be worn, temperture is taken, hand sanitizer available. You enjoy a tasteful musical background to set the atmosphere.

This place has always been my go to for a good haircut. Awesome customer service and they take their time when cutting your hair to make sure they get you looking right. Definitely recommend this place if you ain’t found that barber.
