Been going to them since they had their original shop but never again. They gotten sloppy and and hateful. My daughter and I went to get our eye brows shaped, pedicures and she wanted her nails done for graduation and they turned us away claiming to be full. However as we sat in the car to find another nail shop, a women went into the shop who had less melanin and they welcomed her with open arms. It would be comical if it wasn’t so hurtful to my daughter. They will never get my money again.

I went to get my feet cleaned because my wife said my feet are horrendous. I feel sorry for the poor girl that cleaned and fixed my feet, I think her name was Rosie. But wow, she turned my feet into soft baby butt. I’m definitely coming back to get my kickers maintained cuz it’s definitely worth it.

Critical: ProfessionalismI usually come here to get my nails done no problem, but this nail tech I encountered didn’t want to give me what I wanted. She said my hands were too dark and said what I wanted wouldn’t look good on me. I tried asking for several different options and her response was the same “hand too dark no look good”. I just opted for a basic nail color that I didn’t even want. She made me feel like she didn’t even want to do my nails. Was it because my hands were too dark? Mind you I have Carmel skin. I won’t be coming back here ever again. I waited 2 hours for them to help me and when I finally sat down at a seat, nail techs passing me by like I was non existent. No communication. I waited while they were serving people who had came after me. When I addressed the issue one of the nail techs came back to help me but didn’t seem too happy about it. She avoided conversation and would just point at what she wanted me to do. She would stop abruptly to talk to her family while also speaking in a different language. Totally uncomfortable and unprofessional. Terrible experience. She said my hands were too dark and said what I wanted wouldn’t look good on me. I tried asking for several different options and her response was the same “hand too dark no look good”. I asked for a french tip & he did such a sloppy job! How would someone allow a person to walk out their salon like that!! It’s always the same guy I have a problem with, what does he not understand! Critical: ValueI was told they had a waiting list come back at 2 for immediate service. When I returned- I had to wait 2 hours. Had a lot of time to watch owner work. He does not treat everyone the same. I watched him manicure a very pretty girl in a short dress, he took an hour, after he finished he massaged her hands, arms for 15 minutes. Walked in to get a pedicure right when we walked in the store owner walked away from me and my friend didnt greet us he took about two minutes to walk to us to say “do you need something?” My friend asked if they do acrylic pedicures he said “we do everything” rudely and walked away again. They are not welcoming at all we ended up just leaving their customer service skills suck never coming back here again.
