I’ve been faithfully going to 3D Nails for over two years. The reviews you read about having to wait even though you have an appointment are valid. I’ve had to wait before while having an appointment, but my max was 20 minutes. I’ve seen people without appointments wait for over an hour.

I’ve been going to 3D nails for some time now since moving to Pittsburgh and love the services; however, my last appointment was not an amazing experience. In the past, I have come here with nail designs that I found online and the nail techs have been able to do them perfectly. I went there Friday to do my Halloween nails and while Alvin did a great job replicating the pic that I showed him, I have been left with a bunch of cuts on most of my fingers.

I’ve had multiple pedicures at 3D Nail Spa over the last year and each time I’ve been very satisfied. You’ll leave after a very relaxing experience with smooth feet and beautiful polish. It can be busy at times, but I’ve never felt like they rushed through my service. I would 10/10 recommend this spa to anyone looking for a quality pedicure.

Had gotten my nails dipped and really liked it but my nails underneath kept breaking. This time I got a full set on and I LOVE THEM!! Bo did them and was very meticulous. Will definitely keep these looking good.

I moved here a year ago and have been searching for a salon where I can get a good manicure/pedicure for a reasonable price. I thought I had to go through the tubes into Pittsburgh proper in order for that to happen. Happily I can say I was wrong. 3D nails is a really good salon that has reasonable prices. I just got a pedicure and I’m a man so I can’t attest for all the fancy things women get but I did see very nice work on some of the women there. Staff was friendly and not overly talkative which was cool with me. Overall. I had a very nice experience close to home. I’ll be back! What else can I say?

I’m giving a 1 star rating because my nail tech was extremely rude and did not comply with anything I asked for! I showed her exactly what I wanted and she said she could do it. The nail was a stiletto shape when I asked for round almond. Then the design I showed her was just at the base of my nail and she painted half the nail. She aggressively threw my nails around! Then had another nail tech finish her botch job. She seemed agitated with even doing my nails. I’m assuming because she made a phone call five minutes into doing my nails to cancel her 12 o’clock appt when I didn’t sit in her chair until 12:15. The customer service here was terrible. They should be ashamed to conduct business in such a manner.
