Horrible experience and I never post reviews!! I asked if they did refills on artificial nails and was told yes ; the lady who did my toes did a good job but the woman who did my nails did horrible I had to tell her several times to reshape to clean the cuticles . The color is so uneven the shape is horrible and to top it off kept stopping to go talk to coworkers and show pictures ! I spent over 3 1/2 hours here ! And left not even happy . My nails are horrible and It’s upsetting I spent the money I spent and not happy with theses results !! I was excited since it’s down the st from my house but I’ll never return ! Not to mention everyone was offered water / wine and I continued to get poor service . I’m assuming they didn’t know I spoke Spanish and I heard everything and understood that was said . Would not recommend this place .

I had such a great experience at 3D Nails Spa. I want to thank Anna for doing such an amazing job on my wedding nails. First nail tech I have ever gone to who you could tell cared about the work she put out. I wish I didn’t live so far because Anna was amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first time I came here since it opened and I asked for a simple gel manicure. I got sloppy work and I was rushed out of there since there was someone waiting. She clipped the nails on my right hand but didn’t do the left hand. I asked for almond shape and every nail is a different shape. Some of my nails aren’t even painted all the way like the whole side of my pinky nail. I paid $35 without tax and a $5 tip for nails I need to now fix myself. Definitely disappointed and upset. All these good reviews are for the owner. If I ever come here again I will have to go to the owner only.

I never go out of my way to leave poor reviews, especially as someone who works in the service industry herself so I can understand the stress and just having a bad day. However, this was so irritating to me. I called for an appointment having never been here before, which they confirmed, but were very short and sounded annoyed on the phone. I brushed it off thinking they were just busy or it was just how it sounded. I got there 5 minutes early, and every single nail tech was busy, and the three who spoke to me yelled like they were mad I was there. They sounded annoyed I walked in, barely directed me to pick a color and didn’t listen when I said I was there for a gel fill. Immediately decided it wasn’t worth it and walked out. I am usually too much of a pushover to say no but this is the one time I knew it wasn’t worth my money, and I usually tip heavy too because I get it! They even yelled “Okay bye!” Aggressively when I left. Mind blown honestly. Didn’t even need the service to know it wouldn’t have been good. Go somewhere else; there’s a million better places in the area that are worth your time.

I came here to get my nails done, a simple pink and French tip. The lady had terrible customer service and rushed through doing my nails. She left nail polish all over my fingers and the polish underneath the tip was bad. The French tip even worse. The inside of here had has a nice look and ambiance but I had a bad experience. Just go to the one in Waterbury if you want good service and good nails

My daughter and I had an appointment that was 45 minutes behind. Understandable that sometimes that happens but everything else was not excusable. They rushed our service so much, barely did our toes, lotion and oil were left on our legs and not rubbed in at all, no massage. We then got our manicure when they cut four separate fingers of mine and laughed about it instead of trying to help. I didn’t want to have the chemical that stops the bleeding but instead, one of the other technicians threw it back to my technician, giving off the attitude of to do it anyways. A woman was cleaning the salon and accidentally hit a clients ankle with the rolling chair and while she cried out in pain, all the technicians laughed. Very disappointed to see. My daughters hands were left in cuticle oil and was told that was the end of the service. They were mopping around us and bumping into us and the smell of the mop was disgusting. It was such a bad experience that we wanted to leave without even drying our nails. I wasted my money here and I am so disappointed, I was not relaxed at all and felt worse leaving. I am sad this is in my town.

I had an appointment on Sunday at1:00 in the Middlebury location. I was not started on my services until 1:40! Yes, I should have left but I had no other time! Three hours later, I was finished with horrible work and no apologies! This is absolutely unacceptable! I was not offered a discount for my inconvenience or any explanation except that the girl is slow and takes her time. This is not the customer’s issue at all! I can understand running late but almost an hour? I also tried to contact the Waterbury 3D and was told the owner is only in one day a week but I could come to Waterbury if I was unhappy with Middlebury. Again, customer service at it’s worst! Never again will I go there and I have already spread the word to whomever I can reach to tell.

I have been coming here for a few months now for liquid gel manicures,and gel pedicures with either my sister in or cousin and I plan on bringing my mom. My partner got a waxing and said it wasn’t bad and Jenny was very funny and made him feel relaxed. I picked her because she is very easy to talk to. I love how she, Anna, do my nails, and everyone has been great. Too many to name. I love their technique because they last forever! I have had them for 3 weeks and am going only now and I could probably get away with longer. Just make sure to ask for what you want in detail, and tip well. All of these ladies are there to make sure you are looking great and feeling great. They are all a pleasure!
