Everytime I get my nails done here I’m always amazing at how great my nails are! Everyone there is so kind and patient. I just got these done and the amount of time it took, I appreciate them being so patient and willing to do the style I wanted. Ruby is so detail oriented with her designs I absolutely love it! Hands down the best nail salon in Findlay!!!

Critical: PunctualityThis was quite literally the most painful full set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten. It felt like he was trying to file off the plastic tips the entire time. He pulled my fingers and hurt them, which I’ve never had at another nail salon. He literally cut my cuticle with his drill, and even after I pointed it out, #1 it took about a solid 3 minutes for him to even APOLOGIZE, and #2 ended up getting polish in it. He got up multiple times and just left me sitting there for 5 minutes or more at a time AT LEAST 3 times. It took him 2 hours to do my set because he kept LEAVING. I’ve been here before and I had him last time, but it was nothing like this. I pointed out twice that he didn’t paint the side of my nails, and you can see via the pictures that didn’t make a difference. He pulled my fingers and hurt them, which I’ve never had at another nail salon. I’m not too entirely pleased. Usually I’m not picky on nails but I’ll at least know not to return. I love the way my nails look and they came out nice, but I have a few complaints.

Set my appointment @4 and they didn’t even start on my nails til 5. The lady literally has an attitude all the time, extremely unprofessional. She didn’t listen to when I wanted them shorter and now they’re really long. She messed up the shape and couldn’t do the design she originally said she could and blamed me. The French is so sloppy. And she messed up the designs. It’s not even even on both hands. The guy is really nice. It’s over priced and lacks customer service. They’re the best in town for design but Idek if it’s worth the hour wait with appointment and attitude.

I dont understand why they have so many bad reviews. I have been here twice and I love the service, everyone was very nice and professional. I have had 2 pedis done here. When I left I felt relaxed, my toes looked beautiful and my feet were baby soft. I cant wait to go back!
