When I first walked in was not greeted, upon walking out I was told to comeback in and someone would take care of me.One woman did my Mani another did my Pedi and did nothing listen to anything I wantedI sat down and got squirted with the water so bad all I could do was laugh. The woman replied “ I do not know what is happening right now”. My socks where so wept I threw them away..My toes where painted, I wanted Gel. 35.00$ I told second woman my hands from work are sore. I just want a French manicure and I will wait to get nails next time. She did not listen to a word I said. She gave me powdered nails and a funky Canilla color nails, I was so upset. When it came to me telling her, then she did not understand English. Two days later my nails are all broken.I was charged 115.00$ for a job done poorly! I will never go back there again!

8/14/22 was my first and LAST time receiving service at this place. I’m not usually the one to leave reviews but this was a MUST. I will admit that the salon was clean and decor on point. I did feel welcomed when I walked in but the service was horrible. An older lady did my nails (she has a daughter that works there as well). I asked for a full set with tips and gel polish. A few of my nails where crooked, all of them where shaped differently, and the acrylic was so thick. I expressed how I felt about the nails as she was doing them. She agreed to every flaw that I mentioned and said she will fix it. The end results where so horrible an I didn’t wanna cause a scene so I paid and left. I was so hurt knowing that I spent $70 for just a fullset and basic color. Every color I picked she didn’t have so by the third choice I was over it. When I got to my car I called her an explained how horrible my nails looks and she totally agree and offered to take them off in order for me to get a refund or she can fix them. I explained how it didn’t make no sense for her to fix them since she did a horrible job already. When I returned her daughter was willing to see what she can do an I Thank God for her cause she truly saved the day.

I had an appointment, and sat in her chair for 20+ minutes while she was hanging out in the back. She puts the gel on my nails and is shaping them and one hand is very noticeably much shorter than the other. I point it out to her and she agrees. I ask her if she can add more gel to the tips and make the shorter ones match the longer hand and she says that that isn’t possible. Ive been getting gel tips for years and know that it is and she just didn’t want to spend the extra time doing it. I showed her the inspiration picture that I was hoping to get. I pick out my colors and then last minute tells me that she can’t. No problem. I show her another inspiration picture and she said that she can do it. She paints the base color and and then tries to do the french design and it looked horrible. Even she said that she didn’t like it. At this point I’ve been there for quite awhile and had things to do. She offers designs that I did not like at all so that she didn’t have to take the base color off. It was a see-through white color and I didn’t want that on its own otherwise I would have just asked for that to begin with. Now she starts being very rude and tells me that I have to make sure that I like the color before she’ll paint my nails. Excuse me?! I did like the color I picked with the French design I wanted. Alone? No. I ask her very nicely to take the color off and just do a solid color because nothing I was showing her was working out. She made me pick a color very fast because she just wanted to be done. Its frustrating because when I made the appointment I asked to see someone that was good at shaping and designs and I got the complete opposite. I left the salon with nails much shorter than then nails I walked in with, a color that I did not want and some kind of simple design that I was hoping to get. This place was a complete waste of my time and money.

Really nice nail salon, they do natural, acrylics and dip all at a very reasonable price. I used to go to another salon in the mall and this salon did a better job and you don’t feel rushed and it was almost half the price for a beautiful dip manicure. It is VERY clean and the technicians are very professional and great at their craft. I highly recommend that you go here for a great, relaxing experience.
