I love my nails. It makes me happy to look at my hands after I leave the shop. The ladies are artists & very professional. They are happy, friendly, listen to your requests & they create beautiful results. The salon has a wonderful, comfortable atmosphere. My preferences are simple but they display designs they offer so you can see the intricate work & art they produce. The options are limitless. All the nail professionals are excellent. I’m afraid to name my favorite for fear of making difficult to book my appointments! Booking an appointment on-line is so easy & convenient. Appointments are recommended so you won’t disappointed if they can’t take a walk-in. Highly recommend

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was going to a different nail salon over the last year and slowly the quality got so bad that I had to find a new salon. I called 3D nails and they were amazing and got me in quickly. Yendy removed my nails and gave me a new set. She was sooooo careful not to damage my real nails. My new nails looks amazing. These ladies take a little bit longer but the quality is worth the extra time. I was going to a different nail salon over the last year and slowly the quality got so bad that I had to find a new salon. I called 3D nails and they were amazing and got me in quickly. Yendy removed my nails and gave me a new set. She was sooooo careful not to damage my real nails. My new nails looks amazing. These ladies take a little bit longer but the quality is worth the extra time. I will definitely be coming back!

There was a miscommunication I had my natural nails and acrylic on top got cut way too short and there was nothing that could be done my nails got ruined and then I was told that they didn’t even do curved stiletto nails which is the type of nails I’ve had for 2 years I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this before my nails are cut too short and then the owner was trying to refuse we service to have my acrylics completely removed and then was also try to refuse me having them put new tips on because of time constraints I didn’t have time to find another salon. I understand she’s won some trophies to that I saw but that gives her no reason to be so stuck-up and if she had better business she might have a nicer location that wasn’t so cold and had a proper tub for your feet when it came to pedicures. There was a girl there who did my nails who was very nice and did her best to rectify the situation. But I could never go back there because how awful the owner was to be and how she was an understanding of me being in tears because of the misunderstanding. having my nails cut short like that was like having my hair cut too short and there’s nothing you could do but try to add extensions to make it better but it’s not your real hair and then you also get told that they don’t have the extensions you’ve been using for 2 years so maybe a little bit more compassion when it comes to misunderstandings and also more communication when it comes to the style and type of nails they’re willing to do.

Designs already made and customer service are good, don’t get me wrong. I booked with Vicky and sent her a photo of the design I wanted to get 2 weeks prior of my appointment and I asked her if she could do that design and she said Yeah. Their page had good reviews so I was pretty excited but when I got there, she told me she didn’t have the design or the stamp but she could wing it…. She tried to get me to put the tape on my nails with a different design not even close with what i had in mind. I kept telling her to please try to make the design I showed her 2 weeks before, which she did try but you could tell the difference between one nail and the other. The color I wanted to get (which was the same on the picture I sent her) they didn’t have it either. I left with a different and uneven design, not even with the color I wanted. She is a nice lady but I got pretty disappointed since I asked 2 weeks in advance for a design I didn’t get and I did the drive to their location considering it’s far from my place.

Awful experience. My wife went and waited 45 minutes after her appointment. We paid with a gift card and they still charged my card $65 and refuse to refund me. They keep making excuses and promising me to call back and resolve this matter. Its been 2 weeks and they still haven’t tried to contact me or correct their mistake. Do not go unless you have all day and like paying $130 plus tip for one set of nails.

Hands down the best nail salon! The ladies are super friendly, talkative, they make you feel welcome! They always make sure your nails are exactly how you like them! Very decent price for nails, they don’t rush you like the Asain nail salons and only use top quality products. My nails never lift or chips off. Never had a bad experience!
