So. I need to revise my previous review. I had given 3 d lash a 2 based off their customer service. And I am unable to delete it.After communicating our concern to the manager, it was explained that my daughter being unable to schedule appts was system error. My daughter reports the manager was very nice and allowed her to schedule future appts. My daughter and I have actually returned to 3 d lash shortly after the poor review I had given. They are great at what they do. They have figured out a way to fix the system error. In addition, I do need to be more culturally aware and understand my idea of being rude is just a lack of understanding each other’s language. I will continue to get my lashes with 3D lashes, They’re the best.
