I got my nails done 4 days ago and some of the rhinestones already came off they take a long time and the monomer was burning my fingers no just me but there others that went with me as well for $80 I got gel pedicure and acrylic set but for it being el Paseo I don’t recommend Acrylic nails

I’m new to Palm Springs Palm desert area im doing research, however this shop states 3D nails yet their lack of any corroborating photos is off putting. If I’m advertising 3D nails which not many shops can do I’d be showing off our sick styles and get customers like myself that only likes 3D nail not 3D glue on designs in your shop. Hannah triple books appointments, you show up expecting not to wait, and two more people show up at the same time for their appointment. He nail designs are great but, she uses cheap product. My nails never last 2 weeks. Pedicures are great, except when they have people waiting then it feels more like a polish change.

Hannah is great at nails but the girls that does the waxing is very unprofessional, we’ were supposed to get full leg wax for both my daughter and I had already scheduled our appointments but she had another client , even though I had an appointment, she took my daughter for a complete leg waxing and she literally shaved half, left patches everywhere. Will go back for my nails and pedicure but for waxing never!!

Showed up to a beautiful salon that resembles something from the movies. Warm welcoming Edward got me a Mani and Pedi. Service was phenomenal and employee are accommodating and caring. Highly recommend. Keep up the good job 3D Diamond.
