I really wanted to like this place. I chose it based on reviews. I scheduled an appointment with Helen for a lash lift. I’ve had them in the past but it’s been awhile and I wanted to treat myself to a lift and tent. This is the first time it’s taken an hour and a half to do one and I mentioned to Helen that my eyelid was burning. She said “It’ll be fine”. Once we were done and I looked in the mirror, I was very pleased. They looked fantastic. I drove the 10 minutes to my house and when I got home, I was horrified to see that the eye that was still burning, had very over processed lashes. Suddenly, those lashes were curled over, going in all sorts of directions, and looked awful. I tried calling, they were closed. Tried calling the next day, they were closed. Called again on Monday, they got me in with someone new.

Booked and completed a facial at this establishment. My initial inquiry with front desk was informative in highlighting the differences and benefits of each of the facials they offered. I went with the signature facial and my estetician Tina did a fantastic job. I left very pleased with the experience and results. I am definitely returning for more services.

I’ve been to this place for several times and I love it. Tina did my lashes, and it was perfect because it matched my eyes and light, too. I don’t know what size of lashes are compatible with my real lashes, but Tina recommended the size for me. It was light and natural for my face, and she help me rejuvenate my real lashes while I’m having the lashes extensions on. 100% recommended Tina because she’s friendly and take her time.
