Went in with solid gray on my sides, brassy blonde and a blend of gray and light brown roots. During the consultation Eddie gave me several options and a long term plan. He really knows color! It was very personal and professional with only Eddie and two beautician assistants. Everyone was friendly and the layout of the shop was not like your ordinary salons. This was a wonderful experience and I will return.

I just moved to El Paso from the East Coast and was so relieved to have met the fabulous Ashley at 360 The Colour Bar. I have super thick hair and always dread having to find a new salon because most stylists can’t manage it, but Ashley asked lots of questions and really listened. I am super happy with the haircut and highlights, and will definitely be making another appointment with her very soon. Thank you, Ashley!

Sorely disappointed. We were super excited to go in and get our consult. Pricing was good for what we want to get done and stylist was super sweet but attitudes of others definitely need adjustment. I wasn’t told about 50% upfront before appointment if not I would have been more than happy to be ready for that. I was shocked and said no thank you. Receptionist seemed annoyed about having us trying to get appointments together. After we were initially told we could do them together. Decided not to come back because of the poor attitude. 1 cut and 2 cut/dye lost because of poor customer service.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI haven’t had a haircut in almost a year. I came in yesterday to fix my very damaged bleached hair with Ashley, and the results were amazing! She was able to save a lot of the length with a deep conditioning treatment that made my hair feel so nice again. The salon itself was very clean and professional, the lady at the front desk checked on me while I waited for Ashley and offered me water and coffee. She was able to save a lot of the length with a deep conditioning treatment that made my hair feel so nice again. To say that I love it is truly an understatement and I can’t stop looking at it. Isabel has done an amazing job with my hair. I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I had a horrible experience here. Most of the staff was rude/unprofessional during both the consultation and hair appointment (there was one staff member that was friendly). The man who did my hair acted like he didn’t even want to be doing my hair, he rushed through the cut in about 5 minutes. The result was very disappointing and the way he styled it at the end of the appointment hid what a botch job he did. I got home and realized how uneven the haircut was, I have chunks of hair that are an inch longer than other parts. The haircut is so horrific I haven’t been able to wear it down. Overall, a very expensive botch job. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend booking here.
