I am also very hesitant when it comes to trying new hairdressers. Trusting Roseann with my new venture was the best choice I’ve ever made! Roseann was great at explaining the bayalage process, which made me feel comfortable with my decision to color my hair. I hardly asked any questions because she did such a good job and explaining her process as she went along too, which I appreciate. I also appreciated the shared hair care tips! I was more than happy with my colored hair and haircut!! I showed her the color and type of cut I wanted and I got exactly that. She did an AH-MAZING job! I haven’t dyed my hair in over 10 years and I wanted something new and fun. I am also very hesitant when it comes to trying new hairdressers. Trusting Roseann with my new venture was the best choice I’ve ever made! Roseann was great at explaining the bayalage process, which made me feel comfortable with my decision to color my hair. I have never felt as pampered as I did during my haircut. I have thick & curly hair so finding a hairstylist that knows what they’re doing with my hair is difficult. She started off by washing my hair, and she even put a curly mask on (left my hair amazingly soft and hydrated).Once she started cutting my hair, she took her time, making sure it was perfectly cut. She treated my hair with so much care that it made me feel special. I had never had this kind of experience at a hair salon, it’s always been a 20 minute haircut and everything is quick. I was the only client in her salon so she took the time to not only give me an amazing haircut, but to make me feel comfortable and appreciated. My hair after this haircut is bomb & my curls loved it! I think the word to describe my experience on Saturday with Roseann is, WOW! I have never felt as pampered as I did during my haircut. I have thick & curly hair so finding a hairstylist that knows what they’re doing with my hair is difficult. Not just someone who wanted me in and out for their pockets, but someone who cared enough to make you want to go back over and over again. I’ve never had burnt scalp (due to strong chemicals, and I always go for Bleach). I’ve always left the Salon 360 with beautiful (full hair). Roseann will take her time, just to make sure you get what you deserve and what you want (and what actually looks GOOD ON YOU). She will not double book any client. Not just someone who wanted me in and out for their pockets, but someone who cared enough to make you want to go back over and over again. Thankful for my friend who also recommended this salon to me too. Roseanne is very professional. I like how she explained every detail about what my hair needs to achieve the color that I like and she really achieved the color! She really cares about your hair cause she will not over booked her clients cause she wants to focus on one client only. She cares about the health and look of your hair! She is very nice and I really love the magic she did to my hair. Roseanne is very professional. I like how she explained every detail about what my hair needs to achieve the color that I like and she really achieved the color!
